The funding
The funding has two components:
- The component relating to the acquisition or construction of structures: this funding must come from donors, both national and international;
- The component relating to the financing of the operation: helping the Mutuals of Solidarity to acquire land for cultivation or fish farming. Profits generated by sales proceeds can help finance the above projects.
Women microcredit beneficiaries who have succeeded in making progress can be helped to access more credit and thus expand their activities. This credit is granted by the board of directors of the non-profit organization (in the process of being created) on the proposal of the Mutuals de Solidarity. A modest contribution, calculated according to current criteria and parameters, may be requested from them in order to finance community projects.
